Safer loading

As of this update the game will no longer blindly load save files. This is to ensure no bad files or code gets ran on the game.

I believe safety is important it's why I worked on it first

• Sound to be added
• Button to be fully functional (The whole button)
• Add a resource refinement process. 
• Add a screen to see progress on the station rehabilitation
